Common use of Global Agent Clause in Contracts

Global Agent. The Global Agent acts solely as a fiscal agent of Freddie Mac with respect to the Notes and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a Note, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on a Note shall be held in trust for the Holder. The Global Agent does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for, or with, any Holder of a Note.

The Freddie Mac In acting under the Global Agency Agreement, the Global Agent acts solely as a fiscal agent of Freddie Mac with respect to the Notes World Trust and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a NoteRegistered Debt Security, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on a Note Registered Debt Security shall be held in trust for the Holder. The Holder as provided in the Global Agent does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for, or with, any Holder of a NoteAgency Agreement.
