Global Certificate. The CBFIs issued by the Trustee shall be documented in the form of a global certificate (the “Global Certificate”) substantially on the terms of the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. The Global Certificate shall contain all of the information required under the LMV, and shall be issued on the terms provided for in the LMV and shall be deposited with Indeval.
