The Global Data Link Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which a service provider offers a data connectivity solution that enables the transfer of information across multiple geographic regions or networks. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the service, including the types of data links provided, service levels, and any technical requirements or limitations. For example, it may specify how data is routed securely between international offices or how bandwidth is allocated for global operations. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties understand the parameters and expectations for global data connectivity, thereby reducing the risk of service interruptions and clarifying responsibilities.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,538.50 to $1,600 for T1 Access Service between 3 location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $20,136 and a non-recurring charge of $12,000 for OC-48c (STM-16) Global Data Link Service (originating in the United States terminating in Japan) at 1 Circuit ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. This circuit has a term of two (2) years, commencing when the circuit is installed. If either (i) Customer terminates for its convenience, or (ii) Company terminates for Customer’s uncured breach, the circuit prior to the expiration of the minimum payment period, Company will invoice and Customer will pay and early termination charge equal to the product of fifty percent (50%) of the monthly recurring charge for the circuit multiplied by the number of months remaining, if any, in the minimum payment period of the date of termination. Customer will not be liable for the payment of early termination charges if Customer terminates the Global Data Link Service for Cause as defined in the Agreement.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $4,500 for DS-3 Global Data Link Service originating in the United States and terminating in Canada. Access is not included and is an additional charge.

In lieu of any rates, discounts or promotions, the Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring charge of $3,500 for DS3 Global Data Link service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company, based on originating and terminating locations. Global Data Link (“GDL”): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge equal to $2,800 for DS3 Global Data Link Services between 2 New York and United Kingdom location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Special pricing for Global Data Link Service, Customer will pay the following range of postalized monthly recurring charges from $2,285 to $23,603 exclusive of access, which is additional, for the Global Data Link circuits from Ohio to the Netherlands, Philippines, Japan. Speeds ranges included are: 1.536MB, DS1, DS3, and OC12. International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing. For International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing service (originating in the US and terminating in selected international locations), Customer will pay standard rates less a fixed twenty-five percent (25%) discount off of standard rates as set forth in the Guide, which rates will be fixed for the Term. International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing charges include an allocation for bridging and transport. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport. Customer will pay standard VBSll rates for DS 3 access, less a 25% discount. Discount is not applicable to DS3 circuits indicated above. Domestic Frame Relay Service (Service Options 1 and 2). Customer will receive a fixed discount of fifty percent (50%) which will be applied to Customer’s recurring standard VBSll port and PVC charges (which Company charges will be fixed for the Term) only for Domestic Frame Relay Service (Service Options 1 and 2) originating and terminating in the United States (excluding Metro Frame Relay Service).
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $1,935 and a non-recurring IOC charge of $358.46 for 512 Kbps Global Data Link Service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,925 for DS-1 Global Data Link circuits at 6 NPA/NXX locations originating in the United States and terminating in the United Kingdom and the Philippines.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $11,650 for DS-3, between Miami, Florida and Puerto Rico, CPE or access charges are not included on the Puerto Rico end.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charge of $1,270.00 for Global Data Link Service circuits at speeds of 1536 Kbps between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring $10,200 per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charges, based on a 1536 mbps T-1 Global Data Link circuit originating in New York and terminating in Sao Palo, Brazil. The Customer will be charged a range of fixed monthly recurring charges from $1,380 to $8,114 per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charges, based on circuit type (512k, E1, T1) Global Data Link circuit originating in the United States and terminating in South America. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charges for Global Data Link Service, based on T-1 Access circuits originating in the United States and terminating in South America $4,500 to $9,900. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charges for Global Data Link Service, based on E-1 Access circuits originating in the United States and terminating in South America $4,898.40 to $11,000. Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charges for Global Data Link Service, based on E-1 Access circuits originating in the United States and terminating in South America $1,755. Access is not included in the charge. Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel charge of $2,073 for Global Data Link Service, based on E-1 Access type originating in New York, NY and terminating in Santiago, Chile. Domestic US Access is at no additional charge. The New York end must be a legacy MCI Lit facility and must connect to a Company provided SONET ring.
