Common use of Global Sourcing Clause in Contracts

Global Sourcing. The Seller reserves the right in its discretion to obtain, source, subcontract, manufacture, fabricate and assemble the Equipment and any of its components and systems outside the United States or from non-domestic concerns, or both; it being understood that the quality standards and warranties of the Seller under the Contract shall be adhered to in all cases irrespective of source. Seller shall be responsible for those direct costs associated with its global sourcing and manufacturing activities that occur prior to title transfer to Purchaser.
