Common use of GMP ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

GMP ADDENDUM. Upon acceptance by the Owner of the GMP proposal, the GMP and its basis shall be set forth in the GMP Addendum. The GMP shall be subject to additions and deductions by a change in the Work as provided in the Contract Documents, and the Date of Substantial Completion shall be subject to adjustment as provided in the Contract Documents.

The Parties may agree, in the GMP Addendum, to early completion bonus terms.
