Common use of GMP Submittal Clause in Contracts

GMP Submittal. The Design-Build Contractor shall take all appropriate measures in accordance with 49 C.F.R. 1520 and other applicable laws to protect all proprietary, privileged, confidential, or otherwise Sensitive Security Information ("SSI") that may come into the Design-Build Contractor's possession as a result of this Contract.
