Common use of GOAL AND OBJECTIVE Clause in Contracts

GOAL AND OBJECTIVE. Goal: To provide timely research and evaluation services to Mental Health Services - BHRS. Objective: 100% percent of specific products will be produced in time frame mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. In consideration of the services provided by Contractor in Exhibit “A”, and subject to the provisions of Paragraph 3. ("Payments") of this Agreement, County shall pay Contractor in the manner described below, except that any and all payments shall be subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement.
