Golden Handshake. If, during the duration of this Agreement, the Office of the Governor and the Department of Finance advise the CSU of the availability of the early retirement ("Golden Handshake") program for Unit 4 employees, the CSU agrees to notify the APC and, upon request, meet and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ regarding said availability.
