Common use of Good Business Practices Clause in Contracts

Good Business Practices. Each of the parties agrees that it will not, in connection with the performance of this Agreement, engage in any illegal, unfair, deceptive, or unethical business practices whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any act that would constitute a violation of Singapore’s Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241), the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or the U.K. Bribery Act or any similar anti-corruption or bribery laws in any jurisdiction.
