Good Business Practices. Each party will: (a) conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the other party; (b) avoid deceptive, misleading or unethical practices that are or might be detrimental to the other party and the other party's products and services or the public; (c) make no false or misleading representations with regard to the other party or the other party's products or services; (d) make no representations, warranties or guarantees to customers with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the other party's products and services that are inconsistent with the literature distributed by the other party; (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in performing its duties under this Agreement and in any of its dealings with respect to the other party's products and services; and (f) comply with all aspects of its publicly posted privacy policy.
