Good Practices. In the European context the term “good practice” has the meaning of experiences particularly successful and relevance taking into account the outcomes achieved, a positive action that promote and enhance life quality and well-being in the workplace, in the family and in society in general. “ Best practice “ is the English word from which comes the concept of “good praxis “ that started in the early twentieth century as an effective technique, method, process or activity in order to achieve a better outcome than any other technique, method, process or activity. It must have positive outcomes and actions targeted to a specific goal, must be innovative providing new solutions to the existing ones. The innovation must be in the measures, contents, methods, approaches and tools, must have new areas of interest and improve the current conditions. Good practice can be applied both to products/services and methodologies, and for good practice we mean all those strategies and methodologies that facilitate job placement of disadvantaged people. The good practice in the field of training should spread the innovation of knowledge, as it becomes obsolete more quickly because the approaches are constantly changing. ISFOL (Italian Agency for Ligfelong Learning) gives a general definition by saying “a practice is an empirical construction of the modes of development of experience that for the effectiveness of the results, the characteristics of internal quality and the contribution to the solution of particular problems, satisfies the complex system of expectations of training “1. UNESCO considers as good practices all the actions that are innovative as they offer new solutions and have a demonstrable impact in improving life quality, which are the result of effective partnerships between public and private sustainable from the social, cultural, economic and environmental point of view. It goes on by saying that are good practices the ones potentially reproducible also in other areas with the capacity of guiding the public choices on the adoption of successful models also through strategies of learning in the network
