Common use of Good Standing with the Union Clause in Contracts

Good Standing with the Union. An employee granted a leave of absence under the provisions of this Article must remain in good standing with the Union or pay the appropriate service fees if the Employee wishes to retain their METRO and classification seniority rights on positions covered by this Agreement.

Good Standing with the Union. An employee Operator granted a leave of absence under the provisions of this Article must remain in good standing with the Union or pay the appropriate service fees if the Employee Operator wishes to retain their METRO and classification seniority rights on positions covered by this Agreement.

Good Standing with the Union.
