Common use of Google’s Data Subject Request Assistance Clause in Contracts

Google’s Data Subject Request Assistance. Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) assist Customer in fulfilling its (or, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations under Chapter III of the GDPR to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights by: a. providing Additional Security Controls in accordance with Section 7.1.3

Google’s Data Subject Request Assistance. Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) assist Customer in fulfilling its (or, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations under Chapter III of the GDPR to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights by: a. providing Additional Security Controls in accordance with Section 7.1.37.1.3 (Additional Security Controls);

Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) assist Customer in fulfilling its (or, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations under Chapter III of the GDPR to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights by: a. : ● providing Additional Security Controls in accordance with Section 7.1.37.1.3 (Additional Security Controls); 2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests); and ● if subsections (a) and (b) above are insufficient for Customer to comply with such obligations, upon Customer’s request, providing additional reasonable assistance.

Customer agrees that Google will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal DataAccount Information and insofar as possible and legally required) assist Customer in fulfilling its (orany obligation to respond to requests by data subjects, where Customer is a processor, the relevant controller’s) obligations under Chapter III of the GDPR including if applicable Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights by: a. providing Additional Security Controls laid down in accordance Chapter III of the GDPR, by complying with the commitments set out in Section 7.1.38.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability) and Section 8.2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests).
