Governing Law and Relation to Other Agreements. Accounts and services provided by this Financial Institution may also be governed by separate agreements with you. This Agreement supplements any other agreement(s) and/or disclosures related to your Eligible Account(s) and provided to you separately. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with federal laws and the laws of the State OF PENNSYLVANIA, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions; provided, however, that any dispute solely between you and our Bill Payment Service Provider shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) DISCLOSURES a. PROVISIONAL PAYMENT DISCLOSURE—Credit given by us to you with respect to an automated clearing house credit entry is provisional until we receive final settlement for such entry through a Federal Reserve Bank. If we do not receive such final settlement, you are hereby notified and agree that we are entitled to a refund of the amount credited to you in connection with such entry, and the party making payment to you via such entry (i.e., the originator of the entry) shall not be deemed to have paid you in the amount of such entry.
