Governing Law and Relation to Other Agreements. Accounts and Services provided by the Bank may also be governed by separate agreements with you. This Agreement supplements any other agreement(s) and/or disclosures related to your Eligible Account(s) and provided to you separately. If this Agreement conflicts with any other agreement you have with us, then this Agreement will control and take precedence, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict or inconsistency. In the event of an inconsistency between a provision of this Agreement and the Texas Uniform Commercial Code, or any other law or regulation which permits waiver or modification by agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
