Governing Law and Relation to Other Agreements. You agree to be bound by operating rules and regulations imposed by any networks or clearinghouses in which we participate and/or which process Service transactions. Such rules and regulations constitute a part of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the current, sole and entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services, and any and all prior agreements with respect to the Services are superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement supplements, but does not replace, other agreements, terms and conditions governing your Eligible Accounts and/or any other services used by you in relation to the Eligible Accounts.
