Governing Law For Hague Securities Convention. Pursuant to Section 8- 110(e)(1) of the relevant UCC for purposes of the relevant UCC and the Hague Securities Convention, the local law of the jurisdiction of the Securities Intermediary is the law of the State of New York. Further, the law of the State of New York shall govern all issues specified in Article 2(1) of the Hague Securities Convention and the “securities intermediary’s jurisdiction” as defined in the relevant UCC shall be the State of New York.
