Governing Laws and Rules Sample Clauses

The Governing Laws and Rules clause establishes which jurisdiction’s laws and regulations will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of the contract. Typically, this clause specifies a particular state, country, or set of rules that will govern any disputes or questions arising from the agreement. By clearly identifying the applicable legal framework, it provides predictability for both parties and helps prevent confusion or conflict over which laws should be followed, thereby reducing the risk of legal uncertainty.
