Common use of Governing Policies Clause in Contracts

Governing Policies. Whether GFOL is conducting surveys for TNSI by way of the Full Service or the MSN Service, or whether TNSI is conducting surveys using the Sample Delivery Service, the party conducting the survey will abide by the privacy policies of all of (a) GFOL, (b) TNSI, (c) the pertinent sample source, whether GFOL Sample Source (including without limitation MSN) or TNSI Sample Source, (d) the Council of American Survey Research Organizations ("CASRO"), (e) the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and (f) all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
