Common use of Governing Principle Clause in Contracts

Governing Principle. Matters relating to the recruitment, employment, dismissal, resignation, wages and welfare of the staff and workers of the Joint Venture Company shall be handled in accordance with the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and related Chinese laws and regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Labor Laws”). The Board of Directors shall determine the labor rules and policies of the Joint Venture Company, and the General Manager shall implement, or shall supervise the implementation, of the labor rules and policies of the Joint Venture Company.
