Governing Principle. The Company shall be entitled to full enterprise autonomy granted to foreign investment enterprises and shall have complete authority over the hiring and dismissal of its employees. The recruitment, employment, discipline, dismissal and resignation of the employees of the Company and their wages, salaries, insurance, welfare benefits and other matters shall be handled in accordance with the Laws and Regulations.
