Common use of GOVERNMENT PROGRAM PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT PROGRAM PAYMENTS. A. Seller shall be entitled to retain all government farm program payments received for crop year 2021. Any refund due for farm program payments received by Seller covering crop year 2021, or any year prior thereto, shall be paid by Seller. B. Buyer shall be entitled to all, if any, government farm program payments covering crop year 2022 and all years thereafter.

GOVERNMENT PROGRAM PAYMENTS. A. Seller and/or said Tenant shall share all government farm program payments received for crop year 2021, including any refund due for farm program payments received by either party covering crop year 2021, shall be paid equally by said parties. B. Buyer shall be entitled to retain all government farm program payments received for crop year 20212022 and all years thereafter. Any refund due for farm program payments received by Seller Buyer covering crop year 2021, or any year prior thereto2022, shall be paid by SellerBuyer. B.
