Government Regular Working Hours Clause Samples

The 'Government Regular Working Hours' clause defines the standard hours during which government employees are expected to perform their duties. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end times of the workday, as well as the days of the week considered regular working days, such as Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It may also address exceptions for holidays or special circumstances. Government Regular Working Hours. The Government's regular working hours are from 0700-1600, five days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal holidays. Work in certain annexes or sub-annexes require Contractor continuous operations, 24 hours a day, every day of the year including holidays. The performance of other work requirements shall be accomplished within the Government’s regular working hours unless the specific work requirement specified herein necessitates otherwise. Any other work outside Government regular working hours requires prior KO approval.

The Contractor is expected to work during Spanish holidays unless the Spanish holiday is the same days as a U.S. holiday listed below (Spec Item 2.2.1.1).
