Governmental Approvals and Marketing of Licensed Products and or Licensed Service. Licensee will be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental approvals for the development, production, distribution, Sale, and use of any Licensed Product or performance of any Licensed Service, at Licensee’s expense, including, without limitation, any safety studies. Licensee will have sole responsibility for any warning labels, packaging and instructions as to the use and the quality control for any Licensed Product or Licensed Service.
