Common use of Governmental Interest Clause in Contracts

Governmental Interest. TSRI and Sponsor acknowledge that TSRI has received, and expects to continue to receive, funding from the United States Government in support of TSRI’s research activities. TSRI and Sponsor acknowledge and agree that their respective rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the rights of the United States Government, existing and as amended, which may arise or result from TSRI’s receipt of research support from the United States Government, including but not limited to, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, the NIH Grants Policy Statement and the NIH Guidelines for Obtaining and Disseminating Biomedical Research Resources.

Governmental Interest. Licensee and TSRI and Sponsor acknowledge that TSRI has received, and expects to continue to receive, funding from the United States Government in support of TSRI’s research activities.
