Common use of Governmental Intervention Clause in Contracts

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government, in relation to the Borrower: (a) the management of such Borrower is wholly or substantially displaced or the authority of such Borrower in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) all or a majority of the shares of, common or participating preferred stock of or equity interest in such Borrower or the whole or any substantial part of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalized, expropriated or compulsorily acquired.

By or under the authority of any government, in relation to the Borrowergovernment or other Authority: (a) the management of such the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is wholly or substantially partially displaced or the authority of such the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) all or a majority any of the issued shares of, common of the Borrower or participating preferred stock any of or equity interest in such Borrower its Subsidiaries or the whole or any substantial part of its respective revenues or assets is seized, nationalized, expropriated or compulsorily acquired.
