Common use of GP and LP Interests in TWE Clause in Contracts

GP and LP Interests in TWE. All of the ownership interests in TWE presently held by TWC LLC, which consist of a 42.51 percent general partner interest in TWE and a 2.19 percent limited partner interest in TWE; and

GP and LP Interests in TWE. All of the ownership interests in TWE presently held by TWC LLCthat TWCI will receive upon consummation of the Transaction contemplated in Section 2.1(b), which will consist of a 42.51 percent general partner interest in TWE and a 2.19 percent limited partner interest in TWE; and;
