Grace is a busy place—several groups may be using various parts of the building at the same time, please be considerate of noise levels.
Grace. The Borrower hereby waives presentment for payment and any other defence to payment of any amounts due in respect of any Bankers’ Acceptance, and hereby renounces, and shall not claim, any days of grace for the payment of any Bankers’ Acceptance.
Grace. Period All premiums for this Contract are due one month in advance. However, we will allow a 30 day grace period for the payment of all premiums, except the first months. This means that, except for the first month's premium for each child, if we receive payment within the 30 day grace period, we will continue coverage under this Contract for the entire period covered by the payment. If we do not receive payment within the 30 day grace period, the coverage under this Contract will terminate as of the last day of the month of the grace period. The grace period does not apply to full-pay premium contracts.

If Creditor allows any grace or suspends to take measures for Client’s any default or other acts, such grace or suspension shall not impair, affect or limit any and all rights or interest of Creditor by law or as a Creditor under this Agreement, and also constitute neither acceptance of Client’s default to this Agreement, nor waive by Creditor to take actions against Client’s current or future default.
Grace. Conn. shall be permitted to file, and Grace shall fully cooperate with Grace-Conn. in connection with, any refund claim. To the extent that such a refund claim (other than a claim arising from a carryback) does not result in a Tax refund (or would not result in a refund if a claim were filed) as the result of an offsetting Packaging Tax Item (including a Packaging Tax Item carried back to a Pre-Distribution Taxable Period or a Straddle Period), Grace shall remit to Grace-Conn. the amount of any decrease in Tax that results or would have resulted from such refund claim.

Period means the specified period of time immediately following the premium due date during which a payment can be made to renew or continue a policy in force without loss of continuity benefits such as waiting periods and coverage of pre-existing diseases. Coverage is not available for the period for which no premium is received.

1. The lessee will be given maximum of 24 months lease free period from the date of agreement signing.
Grace. Within the validity period of this Agreement, the Financing Bank's grace to or delayed action against the Client's any default or other behaviors shall not impair, affect, or limit all creditor's rights or interests to which the Financing Bank is entitled in accordance with the law or this Agreement, and such grace or delayed action shall not be deemed as the Financing Bank's recognition of the Client's default of this Agreement, or the Financing Bank's waiver of the right to take any action against the Client's existing or future defaults.
Grace. The Union agrees that all privileges are matters of grace and are beyond the terms or limitations of this collective agreement.
