Grading for Sidewalks. In the event County is the Lead Agency for either 150th Street or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, County agrees to grade a bench for the corresponding sidewalk improvement(s) to be installed adjacent to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, if feasible. The feasibility of any such grading shall be determined solely by County’s Engineering and Public Works Departments. County agrees to provide the corresponding grading plans to City for review and comment prior to grading a bench for the applicable sidewalk improvement(s).
