Common use of Graduating Students Clause in Contracts

Graduating Students. All students dropping below full-time status due to graduation at the end of a given semester should be awarded institutional aid according to the number of credit hours they are planning to enroll. All institutional scholarships will be adjusted by the following factors: 11 hours = .69, 10 hours = .62, 9 hours = .56, 8 hours = .50, 7 hours = .44, 6 hours = .37. If a student has less than 6 hours, institutional scholarships are not allowed. For students in their last semester, residing on campus and receiving 100% trustee scholarship, they will receive 100% of the tuition discount, even if they are less than full time. Students must be full time up until their last semester to be eligible for the proration.
