Common use of Grammatical Forms Clause in Contracts

Grammatical Forms. As used in this Agreement, where a word or phrase is specifically defined, other grammatical forms of such word or phrase have corresponding meanings; the terms "hereof", "herein", "hereunder", and similar words refer to this entire Agreement (and as this Agreement may be varied, amended, substituted, novated, assigned, or otherwise transferred from time to time as permitted by this Agreement) and not to any particular Article, Section, Exhibit, Appendix, or any other subdivision of this Agreement; "including" means "including, for example and without limitation," and other forms of the verb "to include" are to be interpreted similarly.
