Grandfather Clause. The terms of this Article IX regarding professional growth credit for opportunities other than college courses will apply only to teachers employed before or during the 1995-1996 school year. For those teachers only, any professional growth compen- sation earned prior to October 1, 1997, will continue to be paid to the teacher.
