Common use of Grandfathered Positions Clause in Contracts

Grandfathered Positions. ‌ a. Those bargaining unit members assigned an extra compensation position during the 1993-94 school year, whose extra compensation would be less using the percentage schedule, will be grandfathered on the schedule in effect during the 1993-94 school year.
