Grandfathered TCCs. The Authority shall be entitled to receive the grandfathered TCCs associated with the grandfathered delivery services provided to Existing Allocations of replacement power under this Agreement as provided in Attachments K and L of the NYISO OATT, but not for deliveries to Niagara Mohawk’s Rural and Domestic customers.
