Common use of Grant Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Grant Acceptance. In consideration of my receipt of the grant of Restricted Share Units as specified on the Grant Report, I acknowledge by accepting the grant (evidenced in writing or through my acknowledgement of the grant through the Company’s third-party equity plan administrator), I agree to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and the Plan.
