Common use of Grant and Exercise Clause in Contracts

Grant and Exercise. Holder is hereby granted the right to purchase 12,500,000 shares of Common Stock at any time from the date hereof until October 3, 2017. The initial exercise price per share of the Warrants shall be (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 9 hereof) as provided in Section 8 hereof. The Company has also granted Holder the right to purchase 48,750,000 shares of Common Stock at any time from the date hereof until October 3, 2017 under that certain Warrant Agreement dated as of the date hereof (the "Additional Warrants" and collectively with the Warrants, the "Lender Warrants").

The Company has also granted Holder the right to purchase 48,750,000 12,500,000 shares of Common Stock at any time from the date hereof until October 3, 2017 under that certain Amended and Restated Warrant Agreement dated as of the date hereof (the "Additional Warrants" and collectively with the Warrants, the "Lender Warrants").
