Common use of GRANT CLAIMS Clause in Contracts

GRANT CLAIMS. 5.1 Amount of Grant payable (a) The total amount of Grant payable in respect of Eligible Capital Expenditure will be either the Capital Maximum Sum, or an amount calculated by applying the Capital Contribution Rate to the actual Eligible Capital Expenditure, whichever is the lower. (b) The total amount of Grant payable in respect of Eligible Revenue Expenditure will be either the Revenue Maximum Sum, or an amount calculated by applying the Revenue Contribution Rate to the actual Eligible Revenue Expenditure, whichever is the lower. (c) The total amount of Grant paid to the Grant Recipient shall not exceed the Maximum Sum. (d) The total amount of Grant payable in respect of Eligible Revenue Expenditure of the More Developed Region shall not exceed the Revenue Maximum Sum for the More Developed Region.
