Common use of Grant Date Share Price Clause in Contracts

Grant Date Share Price. The Grant Date Share Price used to calculate the number of Restricted Units granted to the Grantee hereby is $100.00. Accordingly, the number of Restricted Units granted to the Grantee pursuant to this Agreement is equal to the quotient of (i) the Aggregate Deferral Amount, divided by (ii) the Grant Date Share Price, rounded down to the nearest whole number.
