Common use of Grant Documents Clause in Contracts

Grant Documents. The Grant Documents, the consummation of the transactions therein contemplated, and the compliance with all of the provisions thereof are the valid, legal, binding, and enforceable obligations of the Recipient. The officials of the Recipient executing the Grant Documents are fully authorized and empowered by all necessary and appropriate official action on the part of the governing body of the Recipient to execute the Grant Documents on behalf of the Recipient.
