Grant Documents. The Subgrantee warrants that (a) the Subgrantee has access to professional advice to the extent necessary to enable the Subgrantee to fully comply with the terms of the Grant Documents; and (b) the Subgrantee has the full power and authority to execute the Grant Documents.
