Common use of GRANT OF INDULGENCE Clause in Contracts

GRANT OF INDULGENCE. Any indulgence shown or extension of time given by the Lessor to the Lessee or any right waived by the Lessor, whether relating to the payment of rent or any other matter hereunder, shall in no way mean that the Lessor cannot demand that the Lessee complies with the Lease at any time thereafter.
