Grant of License Restrictions. Vendor hereby grants to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a right and license to display, perform, and use the Services and use all Intellectual Property Rights necessary to use the Services as authorized. Title to and ownership of the Service(s) will remain with Vendor. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not reverse engineer or reverse compile any part of the Service(s). ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not remove, obscure or deface any proprietary notice or legend contained in the Service(s) or Documentation without Vendor's prior written consent.
