Common use of Grant of License; Subscription Clause in Contracts

BusRight hereby grants to Subscriber a limited license to access and use the System during the term specified in the Terms Sheet, including any renewals thereof (the “Term”). Subscriber hereby accepts the subscription to the System more particularly described in the Terms Sheet (the “Subscription”).
