Common use of Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier Vendor a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(stheTrademark(s) provided to Supplier Vendor by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with SupplierVendor. b. Supplier Vendor grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use SupplierVendor’s trademarks Trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing SupplierVendor’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(sthetrademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Sourcewell grants to Supplier Vendor a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(sTrademark(s) provided to Supplier Vendor by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with SupplierVendor. b. Supplier Vendor grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use SupplierVendor’s trademarks Trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing SupplierVendor’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-freeroyalty−free, worldwide, non-exclusive non−exclusive right and license to use the trademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-freeroyalty−free, worldwide, non-exclusive non−exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(sthetrademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with SourcewellSupplier as an awarded supplier of Equipment, Products, and Services under this Contract.

Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(s) provided to Supplier in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated by Sourcewell reference, in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated by reference, in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks the trademark(s) provided to Sourcewell by Supplier in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-freeroyalty‐free, worldwide, non-exclusive non‐exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Supplier Vendor grants to Sourcewell a limited royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use SupplierVendor’s trademarks Trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing SupplierVendor’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier Vendor a cancelable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(stheTrademark(s) provided to Supplier Vendor by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with SupplierVendor. b. Supplier Vendor grants to Sourcewell a cancelable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use SupplierVendor’s trademarks Trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing SupplierVendor’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier Vendor a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(stheTrademark(s) provided to Supplier Vendor by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with SupplierVendor. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use Supplier’s trademarks in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.

Grant of License. During the term of this Contract: a. Sourcewell grants to Supplier a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use the trademark(s) provided to Supplier by Sourcewell in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Sourcewell’s relationship with Supplier. b. Supplier grants to Sourcewell a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license license, in the United States and territories thereof, to use Supplier’s trademarks the trademark(s) provided to Sourcewell by Supplier in advertising and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing Supplier’s relationship with Sourcewell.
