Common use of Grant of Performance Share Award Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Share Award. Pursuant to Section 7.3 of the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee a Performance Share Award (this “Award”) for a target number of shares of Common Stock of the Company (the “Target Award”). This Award represents the right to earn up to two hundred percent (200%) of the Target Award, subject to the restrictions, conditions and other terms set forth in this Agreement and the Plan. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.
