Common use of Grant of Performance Shares Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Shares. The Company hereby awards to the Participant Shares, payment of which is dependent upon the performance of the Company as described in Section 2 of this Agreement (the “Performance Shares”).

Grant of Performance Shares. The Company hereby awards to the Participant XXXXX Shares, payment of which is dependent upon the performance of the Company as described in Section 2 of this Agreement (the “Performance Shares”).
