Grant of Rights and Restrictions. 2.1 CA Entities. CA Europe is the entity providing maintenance and granting the right to access and use the SaaS, which is made available by Local CA. Local CA is the entity providing Services and Education. CA Europe and Local CA are agreeing separately to perform their respective obligations as each is described above and, depending on the applicable CA Offering, Customer is contracting separately with CA Europe and Local CA, respectively, for the performance of the respective obligations listed above. Customer has separate rights, obligations, and remedies with CA Europe and Local CA, according to which CA Offering Customer procured, and Customer will need to pursue them separately.
