Each Pledgor hereby pledges and grants to the Administrative Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties in the Security Agreement a lien on and security interest in and to all of its right, title and interest in, to and under all the following Pledged Collateral of such Pledgor: (a) Copyrights of such Pledgor listed on Schedule I attached hereto; and (b) all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing (other than Excluded Property).

Grant of Security Interest in Copyright Collateral. Each As collateral security for the payment and performance in full of all the First Lien Obligations, each Pledgor hereby pledges and grants to the Administrative Collateral Agent for the benefit of the First Lien Secured Parties a lien on and security interest in and to all of its right, title and interest in, to and under all the following Pledged Collateral of such Pledgor: (a) Copyrights of such Pledgor listed on Schedule I I1 attached hereto; and (b) all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing (other than Excluded Property).

Grant of Security Interest in Copyright Collateral. Each Pledgor hereby mortgages, pledges and grants to the Administrative Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties a lien on and security interest in and to all of its right, title and interest in, to and under all the following Pledged Collateral of such Pledgor: (a) Copyrights of such Pledgor listed on Schedule I attached hereto; and (b) all Proceeds of any and all of the foregoing (other than Excluded Property).
