Common use of Grant of Security Interest in Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Grant of Security Interest in Copyrights. Each Grantor hereby grants and confirms any grant made pursuant to the Security Agreement, as the case may be, to the Collateral Trustee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, of a security interest in, and continuing lien on, all of such Grantor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Copyrights, including but not limited to the registered Copyrights listed in Schedule A hereto, in each case whether registered or unregistered, now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising and wherever located (collectively, the “Copyright Collateral”). Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, “Copyright Collateral” shall not include Excluded Property.
