Common use of Grant of Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Stock Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants the Participant _______ restricted stock units (the “Stock Units”). Each Stock Unit represents the right of the Participant to receive a share of Company Stock on the applicable payment date set forth in Section 5 below, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of Stock Units. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants the Participant _______ [●] restricted stock units units, subject to the restrictions set forth below and in the Plan (the “Stock Units”). Each Stock Unit represents the right of the Participant to receive a share of common stock of the Company Stock (“Company Stock”) if and when the specified conditions are met in Section 3 below, and on the applicable payment date set forth in Section 5 below, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
